I got griesspudding from kaufland today and first scoop revealed that it had fungus growing on it.

The packaging was fine and I purchased it from the fridge selves today after.

Who should I complain to int this case ?
Any feedback ?

  1. Look for a service or support email adress from kaufland and write them.
    They need the expiring date (take a photo) and where you bought it and when.

  2. Go back to the store with the cup and the receipt. They’ll probably clear the shelf with the same best-before date and also you’ll get a new one.
