  7. There is no bottom to the depravity of these monsters.

    Just a reminder that they dehumanize those that they want to exterminate, and I do mean exterminate. We’re going to see people closely connected to Republicans publicly advocating for killing LGBTQ people in the next couple of years.

  9. Essentially what this does is make it so they cannot look or mention kids are going under a different name.

    So, say a trans kid runs away. Everyone wants to call her by a male name. SHE will NOT answer to it, nor will she look like the pictures circulated for long. Chances are you will never find her. But she’s still a kid, who can be and, changes are, often will be, heavily exploited. She can’t go home for whatever reason but she’s in danger and nobody will ever find her because you’re looking for a boy instead, who goes by a completely different name.

    This is how LGBTQ+ kids, who are at least 40% of homeless youth but possibly more… disappear. Into sex work, forced or otherwise, into human trafficking.

    And NCMEC actually just said “We sacrificed trans kids for the money.”

Don”t you ever have even one second of pause where you might think to yourself that they have no bearing on your life? That people different from you exist in this world? That they are just trying the get by day to day, like you are?

  19. I will never find it in myself to forgive conservatives for the people they were at this time in our lives. I don’t care how many babies you personally save from burning buildings. I don’t care how many millions you donate to charity.

    I will never ever forget, or forgive. And I’ll make sure to pass down this resentment to every future generation of Queer young people I interact with, as though our collective intergenerational rage towards you were a treasured family heirloom.

  21. The right has always hated children, except their own. They are fine with your kids dying while working at slaughter house for pennies on the dollar, no access to food, health care, education, etc. For their kids, nothing but the best, but your kids need to stop treating food as a human right and get a job.

  36. Missing children, whose lives are in danger. What do you have to say, Trump supporters? Look at what he has done. Look at who he has appointed.

    No matter how you feel about LGBTQIA+ rights, these are CHILDREN. And the agenda that is going to keep them in danger is the one that “protects” people by erasing the realities of those who are different. And just because it isn’t talked about doesn’t mean that it doesn’t exist. These kids and their families and the statistics that represented them deserved equal attention. And now, there are families with queer children that are in terror without the same support as any other family going through something so horrible.

    Trump’s agenda doesn’t care about these kids, you, your children, or basically anybody else. Please, let this open your eyes.

  39. Someone prioritized doing this. They removed the information that could be key to finding some of these kids. The circles they may be in or worse the circles they may captive in. Few things anger me like unnecessary cruelty .

  41. As a social worker who works with youth who have had to flee red states, this does not keep them safe from being trafficked
