  1. Somehow that message keeps getting lost. Almost like people don’t want to hear it.

  2. Neither of those is the reason, in my experience

  3. But white people are more qualified simply because they’re white.

Sad to say but that’s the prevailing attitude among the incredibly racist Magat clown show.

  4. “If I see a Black pilot, I’m gonna be like ‘boy, I hope he is qualified,'” Charlie Kirk

Because a white person couldn’t possibly be hired for reasons other than their qualifications. Nepotism isn’t a thing that could possibly happen. Only merit gets white people the jobs that they have. There is never a reason to question the qualifications of a white person.

This is just white supremacists feeling bold

  5. The objection to DEI hinges on the belief that by default every white man applying for a position is more qualified than anyone else.

  6. Most of the “hire most qualified person for the job” people are usually the most unqualified for their own jobs

  7. And so, in typical Republican fashion, they used it the opposite as intended and selected Sara Palin, a DEI selection that forged a path for more unqualified white very ugly “pretty” girls.

  8. People against DEI want to put “White Man” as a job requirement.
