You are looking for “Sanitärsilikon” which is available in every Baumarkt (Hornbach, Obi, Bauhaus,…).
Usually those are not glued in place so you can take them off to clean the shower doors. You can buy those by the meter in home improvement stores or online and cut them to the length you need.

or google for “Duschkabinen Dichtung”, “Wasserabweisprofil” …
That’s a part where it is expect that you replace it after a few years. Look for “Duschdichtung” at your favorite online store. Don’t stick it back on with glue or silicone.
