Is this like the old person version of when you set up Netflix profiles.
Yes its a phone (A BigTel 40) for older people and those with impairments such as dementia, with photos of loved ones as speed dial buttons. They all look vaguely like stock images, but reverse searches on all of them turns up nothing, so perhaps the previous owner had very photogenic relatives. That said, the bottom right chap has a touch of late 90’s Neighbours about him!
These being the stock images reminds me of a friend of mine who went with his family to visit his grandma for Sunday lunch. They noticed she had some new framed photos of people that they didn’t recognise, so asked who they were and she said “Oh, they were in the frames when I bought them!”
These people should be the next set of netflix and disney avatars for old people lol
The bottom left is Brian Murphy, not sure about the others.

Edit: Ignore me, these are the stock images that come with the phone: https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81zQ4rk-mjL._AC_SL1500_.jpg
