Does anyone give a shit? Not like they were stolen, they just didn’t pay one of the many taxes, if its about tax revenue maybe go after the big offenders rather than the lowest hanging fruit they could find. As for morality, its not like he bought a property just to rent it to poorer people which is a far more common and dangerous act that needs to be stopped.
