The same square meters as 177 terraced houses so that’s £152,000 per terraced house equivalent roof. I know a hospital is more complex but……
For comparison, if I wanted to build a hospital from scratch it would cost about £2700-3000 per sqm. That’s total total, from foundations to fixtures and fittings to opening it.
It just seems totally ludicrous.
How dare they do something to help the NHS, they should be spending it on my car and roads and pubs! Scrap the WAG!

I can only imagine that they’ve contracted the same folks who built the new bike rack for the Irish government
