President Donald Trump will attend the 2025 Super Bowl on Sunday, marking the first time a sitting president will attend the big game.
Trump is attending Super Bowl 59 in New Orleans, Louisiana, as a guest of New Orleans Saints owner Gayle Benson as the Kansas City Chiefs face the Philadelphia Eagles. Other celebrities will be in attendance at the game, including Taylor Swift, in support of her boyfriend and Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, and former first lady Jill Biden.
While Trump has not attended a Super Bowl as sitting president before, he has attended other football games in the past, including at a game between the University of Alabama and the University of Georgia in October. Although not present, he also delivered a halftime message at the College Football Playoff National Championship between the University of Notre Dame and Ohio State University in January.
