I understand why they are striking, but it just seems like they are constantly throwing students under the bus to get what they want. Before Covid it was strikes, during Covid they were pushing for online teaching despite the rest of society getting back to normal, after Covid, it’s back to strikes. It’s beyond ridiculous now. How much do students have to suffer before lecturers and other university staff are happy?

I was lucky enough to not be impacted at all by the February strikes, but if I was, I would be pretty annoyed to hear about even more strikes.
This sub is supposedly pro workers but then people bitch constantly about strikes.
Latest strike wasn’t as large as the previous one so would be interesting to see how small the next one might be
They’ve experience shite for 2 years for the large part students are running low on sympathy.
