  1. So glad this trend has left us! There’s something I really dislike about lace dresses, especially coloured ones, and I just don’t like the flimflammery of lace with the sleek pencil silhouette. If I must have it, give me some flare or even some slight trumpet sleeves like Stephanie has on her coat. It needs whimsy to make it work in my opinion.

    And don’t get me started on the trend a while ago for lace with a nude lining underneath!

  4. I don’t like those lace dresses at all. Even Catherine doesn’t look nice from my perspective.
