Likely an automatic and someone not used to driving it. Took foot off brake while in reverse, started panicking, hit accelerate instead of brake to ‘stop’, car shat itself after mounting the railings and that’s when the driver gave up. Probably blamed the car and said insisted they hit the brake but car had a mind of its own.
I’m guessing that’s a Connemara or Mayo accent? unmistakable. Anyone know where this is?
