In the video (screenshot above), Prince Harry stops the car and rolls down the window to talk to two fans. It doesn’t take long for the royal to realize there’s a language barrier, especially when one woman asks if anyone speaks French. In the background, Markle says, “un petit peu” (which means “a little bit”).
Prince Harry points to the passenger in the front seat, adding, “He speaks the most.”
Prince Harry isn’t the only royal to break protocol as of late. Earlier this month, Princess Catherine visited the Corgi knitwear and sock factory in Ammanford, Carmarthenshire. On her way out, the Princess of Wales stopped the car and heeded the call of 3-year-old Lily-Rose, who had been crying out to her.
The royal said, “I heard you say ‘hello’ from all the way back there and I wanted to come and see you.”
