Nah It’s definitely the former pretending to be the latter. You don’t write a 900 page document describing a chaotic rampage. It’s a meticulously crafted narrative built to disguise a coordinated effort to enrich the wealthy and ensure as little can be done about it as possible in the short and long term.
It’s just really convenient to be able to blame black people and women because there have been people doing that for like a few hundred years or so.
