Milei orders Argentina’s withdrawal from WHO • FRANCE 24 English

Argentina’s president has ordered the country’s withdrawal from the World Health Organization due to “profound differences” with the U.N. agency, a presidential spokesperson said Wednesday. President Javier Milei ‘s decision echoes that of his ally, US President Donald Trump, who began the process of pulling the United States out of WHO with an executive order on his first day back in office.

  4. This is great news but it's also a solidarity against what I was thinking is the China communist takeover of the United Nations. Remember China was the outbreak of the virus and also did a mass cover up in order to cover up China's role and not only creating this virus but letting it spread across the world. 😮😢

  15. The W.H.O was supposed to find the origin of Pandemic with their trip to Wuhan. Was this the once in a century Spanish influenza 2.0 from the wet market?, or was this a leak from the Institute of virology 400 meters down the road and we're still due for the big one?. I'm not political, but the WHO seems to be. This isn't about finger pointing and blaming, but finding it's origin to prevent or minimize the next one, we can't have another one…one with a higher mortality rate. Senior management from the lab, were also in the WHO with voting power. Somethings rotten at the WHO, unfortunately a far too common occurrence in many global institutions. I used to trust these institutions unconditionally, now I'm not so sure…incompetence at best.

  19. If there are WHO offices there, close them right away: cut costs! Move operations to Europe.

    The same has to be done in USA, close WHO offices there to cut costs, move operations to Europe. Keep only just some scientists they’re good professionals.

    Also re-evaluate some of WHO programs, make cuts, re-adjust to new reality and decrease of funds.

  23. Right now, the need for global cooperation is greater than ever. Only illiterate and uneducated people believe that a nation can survive on its own.

  25. WHO is useless. After all of the mishandling of Covid, the head of WHO still haven't been fired yet. This just show how irresponsible the organization is. Milei found a great ally with the U.S and Trump.

  27. Do your research. The WHO is attempting to change the wording in their agreement with member states to make their policies mandatory.
