You know it’s braw when it comes out the shape of the tin and smells a wee bit vegetable farty when you first crack the tin opener into it. Smashing stuff 👍

The homemade stuff looks like shit when it’s cold as well. Cold lentil slop to steaming hot bowl of hearty soup is the ultimate glow up.

The sound it makes as it slides out of the can isn’t particularly appetizing either. The audio-visual equivalent of the smell that hits you when opening a pack of ham.
