Russian propaganda is also big here, many people even questioning the facts, that Russian army bomb civilians, saying Ukrainians are the ones who bomb themselves, to acquire help from other countries. They also say the war is a tool for USA’s interests, to sell oil and gas to Europe for a high price and to make Europe a colony of the US. These brainwashed people also believe that Ukrainian people are on Russia’s side (except those nazi Ukrainians of course), and Zelensky should surrender immediately.

Seems one can be neutral in the sense of not sending weapons or entering the fight, but businesses and governments continuing to fund Putin’s War Chest is enabling him and not neutral.
As far as I know, there has been tension between Ukraine a Hungary over Hungarian minority rights for quite some time now, at least since 2017, when the stricter language law has been passed. Hungarians said it will affect their support, even if conflict with Russia escalates. All I will say is if my country adopted the same kind of minority politics, we would be in trouble.
