How do you like your European fighter jets? With or without curves?

  1. It’s like choosing between IPhones 14 and 15… can we afford the 15?

  2. I’m a bit older by now, i like em not falling down, i think that really was a major improvement.

  3. I was all in with the Eurofighter, but now the Rafale has grown on me.

  4. My favourite is Viggen, but I assume you mean continental 4.5 gen. specifically.

  5. Well one of them is *THE EURO*fighter so it’s pretty obvious.

  6. I’m trying to work out which of these jets you think doesn’t have curves

  7. The Eurofighter is definitely a very capable plane but come on, the guy who designed those air intakes and those forward canards need jailtime. They look so ass.

You can definitely feel the German touch : purely functionnal and tasteless.

  8. I like ’em THICC. That VTOL makes them bounce on the deck.

  9. The sexy bugger on the bottom looks like its from my old squadron so its got to be that.

  10. Without curves, the square intakes are just pure sexy.

Also the Eurofighter has better looking canards than the Rafael.

  11. The Rafale is the only jet that can flash its opponents

  12. They are optimised for different things:
    * Eurofighter is a land-based multirole fighter, which is optimised for maximum weapons load and maneuverability.
    * Rafale is nominally for the same purposes, but chose quite some trade-offs to get it carrier-capable. So without carrier operations, Rafale is just worse than the Eurofighter. A Eurofighter won’t start off of a carrier and will be a write-off if anyone ever intended to land it on one.
    * Gripen is the guerilla militia fighter, choosing the ability to land on any road and be fully servicable by 3 conscripts and a trained mechanic with whatever fits into two jeeps over peak performance elsewhere, so it is the worst-performing one of the three for any case of top trumps, but it will be the only one still flying after a few raids on airfields.

So, if you have a carrier, buy the Rafale, if you don’t, you are just better off with the Eurofighter and if you ever expect knock-out attacks on your airfields at the beginning of a war, then buy the Gripen.

  13. Couldn’t you find actual pictures of the planes to put together rather than generating them?

  14. I hope you F35 buyers feel good now. Look what you’ve done, compromising the sovereignty of our continent!

  15. Prefer the one that can drop a nuclear bomb as a warning, without being an us-licking-sucking bitch.
