Please come and join us and answer their questions about Italy and the Italian way of life and obviously to confirm every possible stereotype about italian being obsessed by food!
Some rules:
* Please leave top comments for r/Egypt users coming over with a question or comment and please refrain from trolling, rudeness and personal attacks etc.
* Moderation outside of the rules may take place as to not spoil this friendly exchange.

Ciao, hello people! An egyptian here
Haven’t heard much of italia as of late, can anyone bring me up to speed?
Hi there to the other side of the pond, I just want to let you guys know that I’ve had a pineapple on pizza a couple of days ago, so I apologize and in my fair defense it was because of a lost bet. I’ve repented, tho.
Ciao, friends so I recently watched Luca and it was one of the most enjoyable Pixar movies I’ve watched in a long time! The vibe was just so great, so I guess my question is how did you guys find it as Italians ??
How could you lose to Macedonia though?
As Roma fan here…I really miss Momo. At least I still have fifa 16 to enjoy him.
Rather than that I met a couple of Egyptian in my life and you guys are awesome, really welcoming
Hello! I’m a fellow Egyptian living in Europe and I absolutely love visiting Italy! Any tips to where I should go other than mainstream places? I only visited Milano and Turino to visit some friends. I absolutely loved everything about my trip. I’m only staying away from mainstream tourist places because usually I can’t afford it.
Do you guys have fancy lambos feraris alfa romeos and maseratis everywhere?
How often do you eat pizza and pasta?
Stereotypically, italians get really mad about English and American cooking youtubers trying to create italian recipes. Is there any cooking youtuber you recommend for authentic italian recipes? I have a big italian supermarket closeby and lots of the ingredients look amazing but I need more recipes to utilize them.
Hello from the other side of the medetranian, my question is how popular are the far right in Italy and how do you see their future?
Fun fact: Egyptians also use the famous hand gesture 🤌, however we use it to say calm down or wait. I’ve heard this has caused confusion between some middle-easterners and Italians

I have so many questions!!
How common is it to find international students or ones form the Middle East in most Universities?
Are there jobs for uni students that you can work in tandem with school work or is it not so common?
Would you recommend higher education in Italy for non-Italian speakers or others who have it as a second language?
How good is Computer Science/Engineering Unis and Jobs in Italy?
Are Public universities looked at in a bad way or they are as respected as Private ones? that is if Private ones have a ‘name’ like the ones here.
What’s the general thought about most locals to Egyptians/Middle eastern? Is Islamophobia a big deal too?
How is halal food there? If not, is Vegetarian food common?
Thank you in Advance and have an amazing day!
Do people in Rome use the sayings ‘when in Rome do as the Romans do’ and ‘all roads lead to rome’ or not?? In Egypt, I hear people saying the former, not the latter
I get the impression that Italy is much less corrupt than it used to be in the 1980s or so. Is this true? If so, what helped?
