The amount of personal strength you have to have to put the interests of your country above petty personal grudges is inspiring.
We know Zelenski cant be fond of Trump. Trump has insulted him repeatedly.
Being able to take the insults of a bully to protect the interest of your people, and the maturity not to retaliate is incredible.
I wish we had that type of strength in our leadership in America. Instead we have children tweeting insults at each other.

Zelensky is a great leader, at least in terms of this war.
If he can manipulate Trump better than Putin can (english language helps here) perhaps he can get the US to actually help out, as they’ve been doing. Hopefully he can tempt Trump with the prospect of toppling Putin (even though Trump likes Putin, because he is also a fraudulent, scheming, disgusting person who has achieved wealth and power).
This is good. Trump not providing a security guarantee for Ukraine is what is stopping a ceasefire. But good to not antagonize Trump.

Asked for £££ back from Ukraine, asked for access to natural resources, told Ukraine to give up land, said he will broker deal just after screwing everyone (but Russia)… He has just marched the world closer to WW3 and will US will do what it does best and join that party late…
