BBC News – I am less protected after my rapist's conviction
https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cz7ednn1x1xo

I noticed some people (person) are pumping out daily posts about the same Dr vs nurse dispute. No doubt someone with "genuine questions"

So here's a article about one of the many ways women's safety is actually being compromised in Scotland

Spoiler – there's no trans people

  1. I don’t get why an NHO isn’t automatic.

And the reasons for not issuing one should be a lot more than she’s left Scotland although I’m struggling to think of any reason that would justify not issuing one.

And why isn’t the person who was raped given a say if it’s not automatic.

I think we all need to be contacting our MSPs and demanding change in the law.

And thanks OP for an example of actual women’s safety issues that need addressing and not just more culture war.

  2. I’m glad someone else has noticed that all those nurse threads are made by the same person

    Needs a hobby imo

  3. Two things are wrong here.

The pitiful 4 year sentence. Call me a dinosaur all you want but convicted rapists should be behind bars for a minimum of 20 years.

NHOs should be mandatory in any sexual assault case.
