1. AMERICANS first!!! What proof do you need? They need to throw people in jail who were mishandling America’s tax money. You cannot assert that the claims are fake. logically it is impossible to make that assertion. secondly, the "evidence" you provide to support your assertion was from prior years and not current years. Not only that, but the USA has a history of sending millions of dollars in condoms abroad and even more on other "sexual Health initiatives" whatever that means per your own sources. Lastly, your own sources reveal that it is "possible the USA set aside $50M for sexual health initiatives". WE DONT CARE IF IT IS 50MM OR 8.5MM IT ALL NEEDS TO STOP. WE DONT NEED TO BE SENDING MONEY ABROAD FOR SEXUAL HEALTH INITIATIVES PERIOD.

21. She never said that condoms were NOT sent to foreign countries. In fact she said they had been sent but in smaller quantities than what the US had stated. She never argued as to why there was a need to send condoms at all. She discounts US claims out of hand, but then she readily accepts claims from more dubious sources about shipments of condoms. She never disproved that the US had spent $millions on condoms to foreign countries. Again, just a lot of misinformation by biased media.
