Having to shop, then cook, then wash-up every single day.
Don’t forget to work. Or exercise. Or brush your teeth. Or wash.
Adulting is hard
Adulting is driving in manual mode.
Hire a cleaner, the greatest investment you’ll ever make. Frees up so much time such as weekends that you can actually enjoy your spare time
Can we please ban the word “adulting”? It’s so fucking cringe. You’re an adult all the time, not just when you have to wash your socks.
On the flip side you are working to make the money you need to pay the bills instead of begging your parents to give the money to you. That money is yours now. Those bills are yours now. That house is yours now. The clothes you washed you paid for, you washed them in the washing machine you paid for. You get to cook the meals YOU want to eat rather than eat whatever you’re given. And when you need a break from it all you can use your money to go out and have some fun or jump on a plane and leave the country for a while without having to ask for permission to do so.
I dunno about you but I really like that part of adulting. It’s hard sure. But I still prefer this life to being a child who always had to ask or beg to have stuff and go places.
This isn’t a meme.
