Is this an extension or was it built like this? How safe is it? If it’s an extension I’m assuming the floor isn’t supported by a load bearing wall, and those pillar thingies don’t look too sturdy or bulky or durable
I wouldn’t walk *under* that thing, let alone live in it.

You can find similar “extended” housings in Chisinau, probably in many other post-soviet republics. That particular is overkill though.
