  3. ‘Peacekeeping center’

    Ok… what peacekeeping ? Last time Ukraine and Poland were at war, it was 1941.

    Were there even any peacekeeping troops on the Donbass/Ukraine front line ?

  4. No fly zone isn’t going to happen, until NATO is directly attacked – in which case, we’re talking regular war for air supremacy. Maybe if Russians start rape camps and ethnic cleansing, like Serbs did – which they have not.

    No fly zone would put a lot of NATO aircraft at risk (mainly from SAM sites), flying FAR from any allied airfields, for relatively little gain (Russians apparently only fly 200 sorties a day, with mostly dumb bombs).

    Would it mean striking SAM sites and airfields in Russia and Belarus? Would it mean intercepting bombers which shoot precision munition from Russian airspace?

    Not to mention that NATO and Russian personnel haven’t been in an open conflict ever – so who knows how far would the escalation go.

    I wish we were doing more, but No fly zone is a HUGE risk, with relatively low reward.

  5. Trošku s tímto postem nesouhlasím, sice nemám rád Putina. Ale zase nejsem ohromný nadšenec ani pro-Ukrajinské propagandy.

  6. Why would NATO use its resources to interfere in foreign state affairs. Its enough that you received shitload of military support, and we are taking care of millions of your citizens. Protect yourselves! Maybe ask your Azov brigade to stop oppressing Ukrainians and focus their effort on the enemy.

  8. Sice je to velmi blízko, ale Rusové nijak nenarušili území NATO, tudíž NATO nemá sebemenší důvod do konfliktu vojensky zasáhnout.
