Both had the optional extensions, that’s what was happening i assume.
Greece is buying french diplomatic backing. It’s not like they can use it against turkey…there would be an intervention.
Great news. With Turkey proclaiming its Lebensraum, aka Mavi Vatan, Greece definitely needs those 10 flying tons of diplomacy.
Pas mal, non ? C’est français
Greek government again decided to split support infrastructure among US and French systems. Idiots spending money on military equipment with no logistics afterthoughts. Probably did it for the under-the-table payment alone.

It’s a sad world that a country, being in massive financial difficulties as it is, has to spend resources upgrading the military. On the other hand recent world events have proven that national security can never be taken for granted. A balance needs to be maintained between excess and unnecessary military spending and having a reasonable defense budget. I think Greece being extra careful is a good call.
And? Still nothing to help. These planes are not as good as they say
We also have a surplus of submarines if you’re interested
Excellent news. With German credits it is very good purchase.
Very unnecessary. Mitsotakis is doing some very questionable stuff lately.
A NATO member buying weapons from another NATO member to defend itself from another NATO member. Genius!
Ao Greece is buying weapons, to defend itself from another member of the same alliance? Something is wrong. We need to stop spending on arms…
Our youth unemployment is through the roof, crazy high prices with insanely low wages, our government is corrupt as shit handing over public money to their wealthy buddies but hell yeah we are buying even more military equipment that we’ll never use for our own interest and will go directly to aid French and American imperialism in Africa and the Middle East.
I love when we buy equipment to defend ourselves from a nato ally.
Now France needs to sell the same to Turkey to complete the cycle.
Greece should rather invest the money in wind and solar farms than in fighter jets… It’s useless Greece won’t be attacked by turkey anyways

… and donates them to ukraine
Well sad news as always. You got spare money to spend on more toys? How about going indigenous and opposing with your OWN state of the art drones? No? Too hard and bothersome? Thought so.
I will just say one thing. Relying on bigger states is what destroys smaller states. Look at Ukraine. Them relying (unrealistically) too much on Usa and Europe was their death sentence.
