King Charles visited Tottenham, where he spoke with Son Heung-Min, who openly admitted that the team is going through a difficult period ahead of their match against Manchester United.

Tottenham welcomed a special guest yesterday as King Charles visited the club. However, his timing was less than ideal, with Ange Postecoglou’s team struggling for results and facing numerous injury problems. During the visit, he had a brief chat with club captain Son Heung-Min.

The South Korean star was candid about the team’s current form. When King Charles asked about Tottenham’s next match, Son revealed that they will face Manchester United this weekend and admitted that things have been tough:

“We will play Manchester United this weekend. Do we have a good chance? I hope so. Is the team in good spirits? We are in a very difficult moment, but we are trying hard,” said the Tottenham captain.

Many observers joked that King Charles might not have believed him, given Tottenham’s recent struggles.

Tottenham will host Manchester United on Sunday at 5:30 p.m., in a clash between two underperforming English giants. Remarkably, Manchester United sit 13th, while Tottenham are in an even worse position, ranking 14th in the Premier League table.

As an interesting side note, King Charles is not known to be a big football fan, though the closest club to him is Burnley, who currently plays in the Championship.
