Hallo,
I recently moved into my new place and while moving furniture, I accidentally scratched my wooden floor. Some scratches are light, but others are a bit deeper. I’d love to fix them myself if possible.

Does anyone have recommendations for DIY solutions or specific products available? Any tips would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!

  2. A classic trick is to take the kernel of a walnut and to rub it across those scratches. The oils in the walnut help to recreate a similar looking finish. You can try that in one place and see whether it works as expected.

  3. Are you sure this is wood? Looks like the cheap-ass plastic floor I had in my last flat, it got scratches from just looking at it. I “repaired” it with a brown felt pen, smeared it a bit around so it doesn’t look too obvious and it was enough to get my money back from the criminal land lord.
