    At least 1 Gazan died from the impact.

    Edit 1: the casualty appears to be a 14yo boy in Nuseirat Camp

    Edit 2: the IDF just released the following statement

    >IDF: A few minutes ago, a rocket launch was identified in the Gaza Strip. The rocket fell inside the Gaza Strip. The IDF is committed to fully implementing the conditions of the agreement for the return of the hostages.

    Edit 3: Defence minister Katz just started a briefing in the southern military command centre with both outgoing and soon to be chiefs of staff

    Also minister Smotrich tweeted the following (translated):

    >A rocket was launched from Gaza towards the State of Israel. Mr. Prime Minister, this is a testing moment.

    >A moment for a harsh and disproportionate reaction that will make it clear that we are not returning to the concept of October 6.

    >And for those of you who call for the end of the war – wake up! It is our duty towards the citizens of Israel and the residents of the Otaf to destroy Hamas to the end.
