But this is the TikTok generation. They expect instant gratification and spoonfed instructions on what to do next. Now they’re 4 weeks into Trump’s presidency and still no bangmaid “girlfriend”. Of course they’re not happy.

Being 27 and watching Gen Z as an older Gen Z go through this swing just makes me wanna say… y’all are stupid as fuck and lack the ability for introspection, lack the literacy to know how to research things, lack perspective, and lack empathy. We were force fed lies about the American Dream, but now we’re going to be growing older with far fewer rights and social services that Gen X/Boomers got to exploit gleefully.

    We’ll never have Social Security and you can bet your ass all of these tech CEOs are going to make everything we do be under surveillance more than we already are. LGBTQ+ Americans have a target on their backs – so what now? ~28% of Gen Z identities as LGBTQ+, when gay marriage is repealed – and it will be – we just gonna go on with our days? When the person you love can’t make the decision to get a lifesaving abortion, do you just want us to tell you, “well, thems the breaks”?

    We traded freedoms for what?
