Someone really needs to come up with something between manslaughter and murder for situations like this, killing someone because of joy riding and killing someone by crashing completely accidentally are two absolutely different things, a situation like this should merit 9 years per life lost at a minimum, the fact he’s even looking at himself as a victim shows what a remorseless wee rat this fucker this
