SPRINGFIELD — A former recovery coach at Behavioral Health Network is suing her onetime employer for allegations including sexual harassment and a hostile work environment.
Holyoke resident Mary Ann Biza started a $17 per hour job with the agency in 2021 and was promoted to an office manager role by the following year, according to a claim filed Feb. 5 in Hampden Superior Court.
At some point, Manuel “Manny” Gonzalez became her direct supervisor, and he took to showing Biza graphic videos on his phone without her consent, the lawsuit says.
