This is the correct way to do it according to the law. The point is the signs always have to be consistent if you want to be able to hold people accountable. Aka. how can you expect drivers to be consistent and abide by the law when the state does not strictly follow their own rules.
Now there might be a better way to do this but it would need to change in the law.
Also this is not just on the Czech law. If you want infrustructure grants from EU you have to follow their rules as well and extremely strictly otherwise they will not give you money, that often complicates things as well.
if there would be no signs, then the bikes/ppl would have the priority. With this the status quo stays.
Typically this happen if city gov. wants pay-off their sidewalks reconstruction from mobility/cycling subventions.
Zavedl bych to všude.
“Seskoč, naskoč” Je cvičení podobné “vztyk, leh” a funguje velmi dobře.
Is that really necesary. Posting a screenshot of the picture
My favorite is “70” and then 10m later “50”. If I should be going 50kph in 10 meters I am not going to be going faster than 70kph anyways?
This beautifully illustrates the bureaucracy here.
