  1. Annual meeting of the Procrastinator’s Society.
Their motto is “Oh, I’ll get that card tomorrow.”

  2. Every year my other half and I have a competition to buy the tackiest card. Bonus points for poems, trinkets and soppy nonsense.

Its great fun, but you get very judgemental looks from others when choosing!

  3. *Oh dear oh dear, tomorrow’s the day you have to let them know you love them….*

  4. I love you so much here’s some flowers from the local garage

  5. Scribbler in Canary wharf! Waitrose was just as bad with the last min bouquet purchasing!

  6. Feel like you should really blur out the faces here…

  7. I’d never buy one, but I love Scribbler’s wall of filthy cards. One that stood out from a prior year:

    >I’d like to put an unexplained item in your bagging area

  8. Tall guy in the back is deffo buying that Borat card.

  9. No one literally wants to be the first one to move forward and pick a card not with an audience

  10. One of the best parts of being single is not having to deal with this performative bullshit.

  11. Isn’t the whole valentines card and poem thing to attract a mate? My missus agrees. Takeaway and a then a blow job. Done.

  12. Me yesterday evening in Clapham Junction. That new card shop is going to make a mint.

  13. That was all of us on the commute home. Victoria, Waterloo, Marylebone, Kings Cross… wherever you were, we were all in it together. Remember to write your card, go unhinged on a free write spree and fill that card on both sides 🤣

  14. Grass. I bet all those dudes were just grabbing an extra something. They planned it weeks ago. 🙂

  15. There were no Valentines cards left at the Moorgate M&S at 5.30pm!
