What do we say to people who ask ‘Where do I buy X in Luxembourg’?
No.
No, it’s the only shop I can access by bus within 10 minutes
I’d rather shop at Auchan than pay to go by car
I won’t boycott shit. Now everybody is trying to be a real hero by boycotting, posting pro Ukraine stuff or changing your profile picture. If you want to boycott everything thats “bad” then you would fucking starve. Every company has done something that someone will find bad or not correct. They make deals with china, take advantage of frican countries, profited from the wars in middle east, destroying nature in south america. But just because its trendy now to hate russia and love ukraine you jump onto the train. It will change nothing if you boycott some shit, don’t act like you’re a hero that saves the world now, nothing will happen. Thats the same effect as Bettel telling Putin to stop the war. Putin most likely don’t know who the fuck Bettel is, and he won’t stop because of him. Or people protesting against the war in Lux City, what do they want to achieve?
If you want to be a hero, don’t just think about ukraine, but about everybody on this planet, and you will notice that you probably can’t buy anything without giving money to a “bad” company.
Auchan boycotts itself even without any outside interference xD utterly shitty products.
You guys should follow joey b toonz, you want structured critics on how fucked up some people are using the current events just fetch some followers or like in Instagram, some people really need a reality check
This is just like us taking the bike to work while the government builds 3 lane highways…
Why should I boycot Auchan while our politicians are too greedy to have real sanctions towards Russia?
Stop your moral imposition on others. I buy from where I want. MY MONEY, MY RULES!

Might as well boycott every American company because the US invasion of other countries and toppling regimes and their support for dictatorships in the Gulf and Egypt. If you can’t do this, why boycott Auchan and businesses running in Russia? Maybe you put more weight to the Ukrainian lives than other lives of ppl that had to deal with American invasions and that’s fine and that’s you, but don’t ask others to apply your same standards of deciding the value of human lives
I love how defensive people are getting here, trying to justify their lazyness to do like anything at all by trying to make it sound pointless and ggetting others not to do anything as well. Its basic psychology. By trying to get more people to be less active they can justify their own inaction morally.
I hear this line of thinking in literally anything worth doing. Just the other day I had somebody ask me “Why do we send humanitarian aid to ukraine if they could just be blown up and then our efforts be in vain ?” Because the real thing at stake isn’t lives our our very safety, but that your effort isnt wasted.
And if there is a risk of the effort being wasted, might as well not use any effort at all.
FYI, not gonna respond to comments here, just ranting how fed up I am with lazy nihilistic bums.
tl;dr If you dont wanna do something, don’t do it. But trying to convince others to not do it, cause you think its pointless is just dickish.
Dumbest statement ever….
Nothing better to do?
Maybe boycot Nestle?
True evil brand?
No one store, one single store that will not impact the brand and heads.
Not to mention you can’t do it litteraly, its a store that has far to many clients and you will just end up pershing food if you block entrences…
