France is welcoming world leaders, tech executives, and experts to the Artificial Intelligence Action Summit, which begins on February 10th. Attendees in Paris will discuss the current progress and future goals on the rapidly advancing technology. The geopolitics will be a key focus, as China and the United States compete for dominance. Europe, however, aims to offer a third alternative. In particular, France is seeking to innovate and lead the way, with President Emmanuel Macron announcing investments amounting 109 billion euros.

French are good at inviting top scientists and CEOs or officials to conference to decorate their fake credibility and trying hard to make a presence in world science/tech stage, pretending they are important! They gathered together to preoccupying themselves about others success, meanwhile they could not produce any AI. Lots of AI/Tech conferences in France are like this…
