Nestlé won’t be leaving Russia. Here’s a crosspost with an easy guide of their products

  1. It’s 2032. You want to boycott Nestlé so hard you need to live in the woods. You pee directly into a boar’s mouth because otherwise your liquids sink into the ground water just to be bottled up by Nestlé.

The boars have developed a strange affection to you.

  2. Nespresso and Nesquik 😪 I can deal with Nesquik boicott easily but Nespresso will be a bit harder.

Any suggestion on what coffee brand to replace with?

  3. Really? Providing food to people is now wrong and a reason to boycott a company? Secondly, was this really important for the decision wether or not to buy Nestlé? They might be less ethical then some arms manufacturers.

  4. Is there somewhere a clear guide of local companies maybe? So far I just know I buy Luxlait products and I know it’s from Luxembourg just because it is basically in the company’s name.

  5. Isn’t it a bit hypocritical to start boycotting them now over Russia, when they have been acting like poachers and criminals for far longer?

I’ve been staying away from their products because I do not want to support a business pumping water off in Africa and leaving the population with drought, child-labour, inhumane working conditions, not paying the farmers their due… Honestly to me them still doing business with Russia is “eng Drëps op den warmen Stéen”

  6. too little.. too late to boycott nestle.

they basically get water for free and yet pack it plastic bottles with a limited shelf life and ask top dollar for them.

they should have been boycotted and shamed years ago.

  7. This guide is quite outdated. Many of the products no longer belong to Nestle and L’Oréal for one has already pulled out

  8. As if I needed another reason to avoid Nestle. But a very helpful chart either way

Edit: although a lot is missing. Garden Gourmet immediately comes to my mind
