4. Was in oeschinensee in February and they came roaring over – was a very cool thing to see!

5. We see them practicing over Lac Leman near Lausanne occasionally. The backdrop of the lake makes for good publicity photographs.

6. Did these guys make it all the way to Lac Leman today? I swear I heard them in Montreux. Yesterday there were two fighter jets as well but they weren’t Patrouille from the colours.

11. What a waste of money and resources.
    Don’t get me wrong, it’s cool to watch, but amid attempts to make massive tax cuts and increasing military spending (literal billions) for jets we don’t need, I really get annoyed when seeing this kind of stuff being blindly praised to high heaven with absolutely zero thought to how much is being wasted on maintenance etc.
    Just my two Rappen though. Downvote me for all I care, you know I’m right.

12. Today was also the last day where the 2 italian F35 were in Emmen. They arrived last Friday and on Wednesday was a demo of them.

13. Used to work in Emmen – you might find it amusing; I find those constant loud noises annoying.

16. They were practicing every monday in my area when I was younger. I’ve not seen them in a good few years, but it was very cool to watch as a kid.

17. I can’t believe I was visiting my mom in Switzerland 3 years ago and she lived in Luzern like 5km from the base if much and I didn’t knew this was there :/
