CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — Parts of Middle Tennessee have closed roads due to flooding Saturday.

Montgomery County

Clarksville police are warning people to use caution when driving Saturday morning as the city is experiencing flooding.

The police department shared photos of rising water in low-lying areas, warning drivers to use caution as various Middle Tennessee counties, including Montgomery, are under a Flash Flood Warning Saturday morning.

At this time, the following roads are closed due to flooding:

Trenton Road near Hayes StreetMadison Street at Porters Bluff/Golf Club LaneCrossland Avenue at Richardson Street

“Please drive carefully, reduce your speed, and keep an eye out for potential flash flooding,” Clarksville Police Department wrote on Facebook. “Never attempt to cross large areas of standing water, as it may be deeper or more dangerous than it appears. If you encounter flooded roads, please turn around.

Sumner County

Sumner County has closed the following roads for flooding:

7100 block of Old Gallatin RoadPee Dee Branch to Jesus Reigns Fellowship ChurchLiberty Lane off Upper StationUpper Station to CarelltonNorth Leath Road from Piper Road to bridgeLeath Road from Highway 52 to bridgeOld Wolf Hill from Box 172 to Wolf Hill Road

In Hendersonville, the intersection at Stop 30 and Drakes Creek Road is closed due to flooding.

In Gallatin, Lower Station Camp Creek Road from Long Hollow Pike to Big Station Camp Creek Road is closed due to flooding.

Portland Police Department shared photos of the following roads, saying they are “currently impassable” due to flooding:
