  3. It is a fantastic picture.

    But I’ve been in Glencoe maybe a hundred times and I have *never* seen it look remotely similar.

    I really hope tourists don’t arrive expecting that.

    It can be impressive, but in a dark, menacing and gloomy way most of the time. And more often than not it’s raining.

    And when the rain stops, the midgies come out. In swarms…
