Legal threat after Daily Telegraph ‘antisemitism investigation’ at Cairo Takeaway in Newtown goes wrong

1. A jewish man walks into a bar…well. The jokes writes itself. I’m inclined to believe that in the anglophone world, which has a a tradition of right-wing provocateurs doing those stunts, it’s likely that he did what the restaurant staff said (using that cap, belittling arabs, etc). I don’t think poor women serving dishes are very keen on getting into fights out of nothing, or telling people to “fuck off” out of blue.

4. The whole thing fell apart cause the restaurant had its own cctv system, makes impossible to edit in a way to manipulate images to suit their narrative.
