Labour set for worst election defeat since devolution. A poll has found that only 18 per cent of voters intend to back the party at the next Holyrood election in 2026, leaving them tied with the Conservatives on 18 seats each

  2. It’s hardly a surprise. They have to deal with an anaemic leader in Hollyrood, the complete lack of anything useful to add on anything other than “SNP bad”, and all the lack of anything positive from Westminster, and Starmer’s… whatever.

Scotland needs a competent opposition and we just don’t have that. It’s depressing.

  3. Crashing and burning because all they have is austerity and culture wars. Utterly pointless. 14 years of Tory bullshit and Labour’s big selling point is more of that. No wonder people aren’t excited about them, excited for what exactly?

  4. Why is every party seemingly in a “how can we be as bad and useless as possible?” stage

  5. I’m not sure this sub would have any content if polls didn’t exist…

  6. Sarwar is finding out that riding the coattails is only ever fun if your boss is actually doing something worth getting excited about.

Starmer is going to try and out-Reform, Reform, and fail.

Starmer is going to try and play both side against the middle r.e the US/Russia/Ukraine, and fail.

Starmer is going to stick to his red-lines on Europe, and fail.

Sarwar has to Package, pitch and deliver that to the Scottish electorate.

    Best of luck.
