I’d rather it be NATO member states doing the peace negotiations with Ukraine so they can be the ones putting their foot down against Putin instead of that dogshit wannabe dictator trump that fucker is useless a diehard Putin kiss ass. NATO should be the ones doing the negotiations not trump the snake he should just fuck off and let NATO handle Ukraine and Russia peace deal.

This has been discussed numerous times before, but again: That does not work. NATO members will not agree (unilaterally!) to a new member if that means their own security is lowered. If Ukraine enters NATO while the war is going on, then they will call article 5 in the first second and then everybody is at war. If there is a somehow negotiated ceasefire or even “peace”, but Ukraine didn’t get their land back yet, then there is a territorial conflict going on and and they won’t be taken into NATO either.
The viable way is only that Ukraine wins this war properly, i.e. gets their territory completely back, and then call for a ceasefire, and then jump into NATO asap. With some bridging bilateral alliances, like Sweden and Finland got.
The most important point: We as the rest of the world cannot allow Russia to get away with a landgrab anyway, regardless whether Ukraine keeps fighting or gives up eventually (no shame, after all they are the ones who are bleeding), but if we want to keep the world order half-way intact, then they must not go out of this conflict with a single square meter of land they don’t own. It will decide whether China says, “we can grab Taiwan and have a good chance to get away with it” or whether they say, “hmm, maybe we better don’t try”.
Whether Ukraine is in NATO or not afterwards, or even still exists, is actually relatively irrelevant for that. But if there is no Ukraine fighting anymore, someone else will have to continue punishing Russia. If Ukraine doesn’t want Crimea back (for whatever reason), we would have to find another solution for it, as long as it is not Russian. So it is really much better for us if Ukraine stays alive and kicking.
We can turn this in any way we want, but the only viable solution is massively more hardware + money for Ukraine. No pointless negotiation attempts, no NATO accession discussion, no talk will help, just ammo.
Fuck NATO. EU, Japan, UK, Canada, Australia, Mexico and the other allies of Ukraine should build a new Alliance, and a new Army. Fuck the Maga US and fuck ruZZia.
Hmmm Zelenskyy is looking pretty fresh and energetic compared to the last few months. He’s not afraid at all.
He knows something others don’t? Just throwing around ideas: we haven’t seen their TBMs yet. It wouldn’t be crazy to think Ukraine would want to push russia as negotiations begin.

It’s crazy not to allow the biggest army in Europe membership to NATO. The Ukrainian army is bigger than the combined forces of France, Germany, Italy, Poland and the UK. It’s madness that Russia, North Korea and Iran are invading Eastern Europe and China is in the Donbass extracting resources on occupied territories. Ukraine can never be allowed to fail or the decades ahead are going to be very difficult for Europe and it won’t go well for the US either as the destruction of the US is their ultimate goal.
