#TeslaTakeover protests take aim at Elon Musk

1. Good. Driving a car made by a terminally online, narcissistic billionaire who calls people on public assistance parasites while he reaps in billions in government contracts should be embarrassing. I hope sales for his cars tank, the whole company goes the way of the Edsel, and Musk becomes a cautionary tale about keeping your politics out of business.

2. I find it so depressing that the company that pushed others to embrace the modern electric car and is so far ahead in terms of infrastructure and self-driving technology is led by a person like that, pegged back due to one man’s politics and hubris. CEOs with as much power over their company as Musk have been removed before… but it would take a board with a backbone to do so, which Musk would never allow to be the case.
