  5. No, they won’t. They will all eventually fall in line, unless there’s an opportunity for a risk free «protest vote» with zero consequence for anything.

    This is what «run the country like a business» means – if the entire U.S. government was a small business with one single owner/CEO, such as a property development company or maybe a small Silicon Valley startup.

  28. Trump doesn’t have to get re-elected again. He will want to cause as much damage as possible to hand over a broken system, so the tech bros can be our overloads. Republicans, on the other hand, HAVE to get re-elected. Fucking with Medicaid will keep them from being re-elected. This will be the infighting, between those that need to heed to elections and those that don’t.
