    If he is a fool that sells out the country to corporate interests, then only the illegal actions of those individuals and corporations could be held liable in court, right? I mean they are all above consequences since we are in a post-constitutional era anyways, so the point is probably moot.

    He’s not saying he’s going to break the law, after all he’s already above the law as President according to the Supreme Court.

    It’s a call to violence for his supporters with the promise to pardon them if they do.

    If his supporters break the law “saving the country”, he’s telling them he has their back because he’d consider it to be that they didn’t break the law. He’s saying he’ll pardon them.
