Is there a place where I can buy used phones in bulk here in Germany?

    Reselling? Reusing?

    Depending on the planned use you should Check If its legal for a private Person or if its considered a Business then you need the required paperwork for that. “Gewerbeanmeldung”

  5. You could go around the city to all the mobile phone repair shops and buy what they can’t sell at a bulk discount.

  6. Go to https://www.werzahltmehr.de/elektronikvergleich enter “iPhone 14” and have a look at the results. These are Germanys largest refurbish providers for mobile devices. If you go to their website have a look for a contact button and ask if they will provide an offer if you buy larger amounts of specific cell phones from them. They should have much more devices than you’ll ever need.
