  1. > Russian State Duma deputy Sergei Savostianov, a member of the Communist Party, has proposed the “demilitarisation and denazification” of Moldova and five other states. These are Kazakhstan, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, according to NEXTA.

    > “Demilitarisation and denazification of Ukraine will ensure lasting security for the peoples of Ukraine, Russia and the whole of Europe. For a comprehensive process of ensuring the security of the Russian Federation, in addition to Ukraine, I think it is appropriate to include the Baltic States (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia), Poland, the Republic of Moldova and Kazakhstan in the zone of denazification and demilitarisation,” according to the document.

    > The document was made public by a member of the Federal Bureau of the Yabloko Party, Kirill Goncearov.

    > According to the MP, these measures should be taken “to protect and ensure the security of citizens and all Russian speakers, as well as the normal functioning of the regional economy and social sphere during the special operation”.

  2. So many thoughts.

    1: 13 or 30?

2: You’re more than welcome to come here and die instead of sending your own countrymen to fight your fucking wars.

    3: Go denazify yourself.

  3. It’s actually a brilliant plan. Russia can force the rest of the world to unite and demilitarize and denazify Russia this way and Russia won’t have it do it to themselves.

  4. So he’s proposing opening multiple fronts, some with NATO countries when they’ve been struggling with Ukraine for over a month with horrible results. Brilliant.

  5. This is actually an interesting issue here. What is going to happen to Transnistria? If Russia doesn’t conquer Ukraine (and they won’t), and the airspace above Romania and Moldova is closed to Russian aircraft, won’t Transnistria basically be cut off completely from the outside world? Or could Ukraine, if they get into a stalemate in Donbass and Crimea, not just take Transnistria from Russia basically?
