It always creeps me out when I go past it! Never been in so don't know what the actual pubs like? Any other creepy signs out there?

  4. This pub is actually really wholesome 😅 They have a really cute three legged cat and host a great pub quiz on Tuesdays. Would recommend haha 

  6. Great pub. Owners are a bit like marmite, you love them or hate them. There’s a three legged cat named Legs, dart board and pool table. Had some great nights watching Eurovision on the big screen. Good times.

  11. I used to live on Charlotte Despard ave in Battersea, didn’t know there was a pub named after her as well.

  23. You would remember it and the pub more than some others with the usual boring portraits though which may be a reason why it’s still there.

  24. I remember the landlord of that pub got so upset with the car accidents on the road outside the pub that he went to the local newspaper saying he would glue his face to the road unless the council did something about it.
