I don’t want to get ahead of myself but if Ukraine manages to mass produce these fiber optic drones we’re going to see a huge uptick in losses for Russia. As far as I remember their EW was being heavily praised and was the only thing stopping the swarm from reaching them.
So do these fiber optic drones have better cameras or is signal on regular drones just so bad/interrupted?
Still dont understand why Ukranian fiber optic FPVs have analog feeds, the cable would get rid of all the problems that come with normally using a digital FPV in combat except maybe the very slightly larger price but in return youd get much higher quality video
