Germany has handed over a new package of military aid to Ukraine.

1. The Federal Government’s Press and Information Department has released another update and changed the number of AK-47 assault rifles supplied from 133 to 73.

4. The new German government after this coming election will be extremely important for Ukraine. If the cdu wins and can set up a strong government then they may be able to fill gaps left by the US but if somehow the AFD wins big and can block aid it could be devastating for Ukraine and the EU peacekeeper plan

15. That quite a list of kit again the MRAPS especially
    Plus all the rifles fir each specific use. Ammo is good too but need to send that amount of 35mm rounds for the Gepard each month. I love tge Gepards really back to the future stuff !

16. I am glad to see 4 our ( yes I am Slovakian ) Zuzana 2 being included.

    At the same time I feel ashamed and angry about how slow our deliveries are.

    Problem is, the consorcium is too connected with our CZ brothers and lookslike there are some gray schemes in our gouverment that are also supporting the CZ part of the consorcium, that is now ( while using alot of Zuzana 2 parts ) producing the one, even a half generation more modern sister – the Dita.
    ( literaly – bigger cabine for driver and co-driver -> gun operator = commander of the gun. They just took the controlls from the gun turret to the driver cabin and so the crew is even easier to protect in that armored cabin – separate from the gun turret )

    functionaly – both have the same gun characteristics, reload, range, accuracy, ammo compatibility ( ALL 155mm shells even future designs with a lenght of up to 1000 mm ), the chasis – Tatra 815 8×8 is just the best for an army that needs to operate them in a terrain ( and not only on roads of western Europe ).
    So yeah, glad that UA is getting 4 more of these really modern and powerfull pieces. I am just a bit sad, that it took so long ( and more are still ordered and to be delivered… )

19. Good! I hope Europe unilaterally and completely support Ukraine and I also hope the U.S let Europe decide it’s own fate. European countries are old and has seen the most wars in history. Let them take care of this latest one by themselves.
